The Beginning.
Chris Gill is a small business advocate, big-picture thinker, and lifelong entrepreneur driven by the belief that ordinary people can build extraordinary lives through business.
He started his first venture at just 15 years old, co-founding a mobile disco that grew into a successful entertainment agency. What began in music and events quickly evolved into a deeper passion for business itself, understanding people, spotting opportunities, and building something from the ground up.
By twenty, Chris and his best friend took a bold leap and purchased a struggling nightclub that was heading toward closure. Through creative thinking, relentless effort, and a refusal to follow the usual playbook, they transformed the venue’s fortunes, dramatically increasing turnover within the first year. That momentum led to the growth of a multi-site leisure operation generating millions in annual revenue.
The Vision.
Alongside business ownership, Chris built a strong foundation in sales, marketing and business consultancy. Chris learned and developed how to connect with people, communicate value, and create real momentum, skills that would later shape how he supports others.
Over the years, he has become known for helping small and micro business owners find clarity, confidence, and practical direction. Rather than chasing hype or overnight success, his approach focuses on sustainable growth, smart operations, and building businesses that support real life, not consume it.
Today, Chris continues to develop new platforms, projects, and ideas designed to support hospitality entrepreneurs who want more control over their time, their income, and their future. His mission is simple: to help more hospitality operators and small businesses survive, grow, and create lasting impact, not just for the owners, but for the families and communities around them.
